  • Code Compliance: Ensure all MEP designs meet relevant building codes, standards, and regulations to guarantee safety and functionality.

  • Develop schedules, manage budgets, and oversee the execution of MEP-related tasks during the construction phase.

  • System Performance: Conduct load calculations, energy analysis, and feasibility studies to ensure the systems perform optimally.

  • Technical Documentation: Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and other necessary technical documents for the project.

  • Knowledge of Building Codes: Familiarity with local, regional, and national building codes and regulations.
