- Lead and mentor Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Engineers, and Business Associates.
- Manage and grow key accounts by building strong client relationships.
- Acquire new customers through targeted visits, exhibitions, and networking.
- Expand dealer and OEM network in key territories.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate CRM reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Service, R&D, Dispatch) to ensure smooth delivery and support.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering / Business.
- 7 years of industrial equipment sales experience, with at least 3 in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Sales revenue achievement.
- New customer acquisition.
- Timely payment collection.
- Lead generation & conversion ratio.
- Customer retention & satisfaction.
