Profile: Sr. Manager – Sales

Experience: - Min 6 to 10 years of work experience and strong MHE or manufacturing industry

Location: Hyderabad ,Coimbatore, Mumbai , Ahmedabad and Bangalore

Job Description

  • Drive high-value orders by identifying and developing new prospects, focusing on 3PL and 4PL logistics partners.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored for the MHE market, that expands GEAR's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the Warehousing MHE Market.
  • Planning and budgeting sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas across all the regions and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
  • Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for key accounts, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability. Monitor and analyse performance metrics for the teams
  • Working with customers across diverse sectors
  • Preparing costing, generating quotes and follow up with customers till the closures of orders.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
