Role & responsibilities

Role Title- Lead Architect (Designation as per experience- Manager and above)

Function- Design & Engineering.

Qualification- Bachelors in Architect Plus PG/ Masters in Architecture will be preferred.

Experience- 8-12 years of work experience.

Location- Mumbai- Chembur.

Experience- Experience in working for Residential, Commercial, High Rise, Interior fit outs, Building Projects, Industrial Projects, Hotels, IT Parks, Infrastructure projects.

Skills Required-

• Design Skills.
• Design Review and Management.
• Understanding of EPC Projects.
• Software Knowledge- AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop etc.
• Master Planning

Job details-

• Should have experience in Designing, Planning and Coordination of Projects related to Residential/ Commercial/ Industrial/ Infrastructure.
• Should have experience in Design Review and Design Management.
• Should handle End to End Project Coordination.
• Should have managed team of Designers, Draftsman.
• Experience in Master Planning for Large size projects will be advantage.
• Closely work with Project Manager, Engineers, client to resolve Planning and Construction issues.
• Co-ordination with a consultant for Structural, MEP, HVAC, and Parking systems for the working.
• Monitor Daily Progress from Site Team and Prepare Weekly, Monthly Progress plans.
• Conduct client meeting and coordinate with staff to discuss project progress, constraints and allocate task.
• Documenting and maintaining the logs of all technical reports, bills, Project Documents, drawings.
