Key Responsibilities:
- Locality & Market Analysis: Identify high-potential localities and analyze the volume of ongoing and upcoming construction work.
(Example: Borivali has more active projects than Matunga.) - Builder Categorization: Classify builders and projects based on scale, budget, reputation, and project type.
- Lead Generation through Site Visits: Conduct regular field visits to ongoing construction sites to identify new project opportunities.
- Cold Calling to Builder Offices: Visit builder offices and secure appointments with key decision-makers.
- Architect Engagement: Seek meetings with principal and associate architects from structure architect firms to pitch project-based requirements.
- Client Presentations: Introduce the company, showcase product samples, and present catalogues to prospective clients.
- Sales & Negotiation: Negotiate effectively to win purchase orders and build long-term client relationships.
- Market Intelligence: Collect and share insights on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback with the company.
