Role Summary:

The Manager of Field Sales responsibilities include identifying opportunities to meet sales targets, and assisting in the development and execution of sales. He should also be able to answer customers queries regarding product pricing , stock availability, features, specifications and benefits of the product.

Responsbillites:

  • Preparing and sending cost sheets and payment schedules.
  • Managing the sales process with a specific ERP.
  • Keeping a CRM database up-to-date.
  • Achieving sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Participating in sales review team meetings.
  • Checking OOH media and reporting to the media manager if it is not found to be on proper display.
  • Ensures he attends all property shows regularly.
  • Ensures cancellations are replaced with fresh booking within days from the date of booking.
  • Is accountable for the sales team achieving their monthly targets and earn their incentives

Preferred candidate profile:

  • The candidate should be a Graduate /MBA with years experience in Direct Sales.
  • Should be conversant working on Computers.
  • Should be capable of handling a team of 2 - 4.
  • Should have good communication skills.
  • Candidates preferably from Real Esate, FMCG, Telecom, Life insurance and Automobile industry.
