We're seeking a hands-on growth professional who can help us generate leads, build brand visibility, and support sales efforts to expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and research potential clients (SMBs, startups, enterprises).
  • Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels.
  • Manage inbound leads from website, referrals, or partner networks.
  • Maintain and update CRM with lead and pipeline data.

Marketing Execution

  • Create and publish content (case studies, social posts, blogs) to showcase our HRMS product and custom software projects.
  • Optimize landing pages, website, and basic SEO to attract inbound interest.
  • Support digital campaigns (Google/LinkedIn Ads – optional to start).
  • Assist in preparing sales collateral (pitches, decks, product brochures).

Sales Support

  • Qualify leads and set up discovery/demo calls for the founder/team.
  • Draft outreach messages and proposals for prospects.
  • Track conversions and share reports on lead-to-deal performance.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales support (startup/SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, B2B email outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Good communication skills (English – written & spoken).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid campaigns a plus.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small startup setup.
