About Us
We are a growing software development company with a dedicated HRMS (Human Resource Management System) product and a small but skilled development team. We're seeking a hands-on growth professional who can help us generate leads, build brand visibility, and support sales efforts to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients (SMBs, startups, enterprises).
- Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other B2B channels.
- Manage inbound leads from website, referrals, or partner networks.
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and pipeline data.
Marketing Execution
- Create and publish content (case studies, social posts, blogs) to showcase our HRMS product and custom software projects.
- Optimize landing pages, website, and basic SEO to attract inbound interest.
- Support digital campaigns (Google/LinkedIn Ads – optional to start).
- Assist in preparing sales collateral (pitches, decks, product brochures).
Sales Support
- Qualify leads and set up discovery/demo calls for the founder/team.
- Draft outreach messages and proposals for prospects.
- Track conversions and share reports on lead-to-deal performance.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or sales support (startup/SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, B2B email outreach, and CRM tools.
- Good communication skills (English – written & spoken).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or paid campaigns a plus.
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small startup setup.
