
Business Development For Architecture Company

Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the architecture and design sectors, focusing on both public and private Large scale projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, developers, and industry partners.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment between client needs and project capabilities.
Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to promote the firms services and capabilities. Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the firm and generate leads. Track and report on business development activities, providing insights to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Architecture, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry (typically 3-5 years).
Strong knowledge of architectural design processes and industry standards.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design software is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
