About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in IT Sales and Online Bidding (Upwork). If you love communicating with clients, building strategies, and driving revenue, this role is for you
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through various platforms and channels.
- Online Bidding: Prepare proposals and bid on Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
- Client Communication: Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and maintain strong relationships.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve business goals.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Sales / Online Bidding (Upwork).
- Strong understanding of IT services and project requirements.
- Excellent communication & proposal writing skills.
- Proven record of closing deals and achieving monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
