Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will manage customer relationships, acquire new business clients, and promote the company's logistics solutions to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored transport solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration. Regular client visits and reporting to the sales manager will also be required.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in communication and presentation, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions
  • Understanding of logistics, supply chain, and B2B sales processes
  • Analytical skills for identifying client needs and crafting customized solutions
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently to achieve targets
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
