Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson based in Pune. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, building relationships with service providers, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, pitching services to clients, and addressing customer queries effectively. They will also work closely with the marketing and operations team to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop targeted sales pitches
  • Knowledge in digital marketplaces or the service industry is beneficial
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Marathi or Hindi) is a plus
