In doing so you will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised at times showing initiative, whilst inspiring confidence in your interactions with both Internal and External Clients, Stakeholders and Partners.You will have prior experience working within a PMO, have experience with finance or governance heavy Clients, have previously provided oversight to projects (and be able to draw on previous project management experience of projects) valued between $1m and $3m USD.OverviewAs the senior governance lead for the JLL-delivered portion of the our Client's capital work programme, this role serves as the primary interface between JLL and (i) their internal third party PMO and (ii) other Global Real Estate leaders / stakeholders. The role is essential for ensuring all JLL project delivery strictly adheres to contractual obligations and global standards. By enforcing internal compliance and strategic alignment with our client's global initiatives, this position protects our Client's capital investments and guarantees consistent, high-quality project outcomes from JLL delivered projects.Core Responsibilities:1.     Program Governance & Performance ManagementCollaborate closely with the Client's Internal PMO team to ensure all JLL-delivered projects meet JPMC's governance standards and compliance requirementsCollate and submit all JLL performance data for KPI evaluation by the Client's Internal PMO teamServe as JLL's primary liaison for governance matters, ensuring prompt implementation of PMO directives2.     Commercial & Contractual OversightGovern the commercial relationship between JLL and the Client, including the timely preparation of JLL's Fee proposals and invoicingAct as the senior escalation point for any commercial disputes arising from JLL-managed projects, ensuring swift resolution and protection of the Client's interestsEnsure that the various JLL entities across APAC are correctly maintained and onboarded within the Client's systems3.     Global Program Alignment & Strategic InitiativesAct as JLL's single point of contact for the APAC region to align with the Client's U.S. and global leadership on key strategic initiativesDrive the regional adoption of global programs within the JLL team to ensure consistency with the Client's worldwide standardsCoordinate with the Client's Internal PMO team on implementation of their strategic programs within JLL's delivery framework4.     Sustainability Program OversightAct as the escalation point for sustainability certification activities within the JLL portfolioEnsure timely reporting from the dedicated JLL Sustainability Lead to the client and intervene to resolve roadblocks, to ensure that all projects align with the Client's global ESG commitments5.     Team Onboarding & JPMC Process IntegrationLead the induction and ongoing training for all JLL PDS team members assigned to the accountEnsure deep integration with the Client's unique processes and technologies to guarantee service quality and consistency6.     Knowledge Transfer & Team ContinuityFacilitate critical knowledge transfer sessions between incoming and outgoing project teams to ensure seamless transition of project-specific expertise, client relationships, and operational knowledge7.     Client-Directed Initiatives & Small WorksProvide direct execution and oversight for ad-hoc, client-directed churn works and special projects8.     Talent Acquisition & Team OptimizationPartner with local delivery teams to ensure that when there is a resignation of a critical position that market-leading candidates are put forward in a timely manner for client consideration9.     Integrated Service PartnershipFoster a strategic partnership with the Property Management team, ensuring seamless integration between project delivery and ongoing building operations to provide a holistic service experience for the ClientPersonal attributes Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related technical field Min 10+ years' experience managing / leading corporate occupier fit out projectsMinimum of 7+ years' experience leading teams; either internal or external parties, in a successful integrated platform management experiencePerceptive, self-motivated, collaborative, enthusiastic, have strong organizational and time-management skills, have strong analysis and problem solving skills, a passion for quality and, critically, have an eye for detailPossess a good knowledge of industry principles and processes relevant to your roleExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsNumerate, with good commercial skillsEnglish, both written and spoken to a good technical standard.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KA, Mumbai, MHScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
