Role Description

The Cash Management Specialist will manage and oversee daily cash flow operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include reconciling bank accounts, managing payments and receipts, processing transactions, and preparing cash flow forecasts. The role requires close collaboration with teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective communication and collaborative teamworking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in financial operations or cash management-related roles
  • Familiarity with compliance and financial regulations is a plus
