Role 1: Investment Banking – Trade Settlement / Cash Management
Experience & Salary:
•
4 Years:
8–9 LPA
•
6 Years:
11 LPA
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting & financial operations
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shifts and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills for interacting with investment personnel & custodians
Preferred Experience:
- Cash operations, treasury, or investment support
- Exposure to capital markets & custodian banking processes
Role 2: Middle & Back Office – Capital Market Operations
Experience:
4+ Years (including supervisory experience)
Required Experience:
- Middle & Back Office Capital Market Ops
- Securities Ops, Wealth & Asset Management Ops
- Exposure to financial instruments & markets
- Activities like:
- Settlements
- Trade Delivery
- Affirmation & Confirmation
- Failed Trade Tracking
- Currency Balancing & Monitoring
- Depository & Custody Review
Additional Requirements:
- Graduate qualification
- Strong oral & written communication
- QC for junior associates
- Training & complex transaction processing
