Position: Assistant Sales Manager - Machine Tools
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Anyone from Karnataka can apply)
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in machine tools/engineering products.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Skills: MS Office, CRM, and sales tools
Job Description:
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Support the execution of sales plans to help achieve set revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales executives and technical engineers to streamline daily operations and enhance productivity.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Business Development: Research and identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and provide insights on competitor activities.
- Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data, prepare performance reports, and assist in accurate sales forecasting and planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
