Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (principals, deans, administrators, procurement heads).
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients (schools, colleges, training centers).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Prepare business proposals, bids, and partnership agreements.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline status.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field).
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the education sector (K-12, Higher Education, EdTech, or Training Services).
  • Strong network of contacts in the education domain.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate solutions tailored to educational institutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
