Job description

As a Retail Sales Associate at Chocovic, a premium gifting brand, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a luxurious in-store experience. You will assist customers in finding the perfect gifts, educate them about our products, and ensure that the store environment reflects the high-quality standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting gifts, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product offerings, including key features, benefits, and trends.
  • Drive sales and meet individual and team targets.
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, and product displays.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
