Job Title: Techno-Functional Business Analyst

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience Level: 4- 7 Yrs.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Business Analyst who will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to design solutions that align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Support solution configuration, customization, and testing activities.
  • Conduct data analysis, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to processes and systems.
  • Assist in system integration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to business users for implemented solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of system design, workflows, and business processes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of as a Business Analyst in a techno-functional role.
  • Strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation (e.g., BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases).
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and operations teams.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Ability to do extensive research to find appropriate solution to the business problems.
  • Identify the processes, interface, and boundary conditions for third party integration.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with effective use of generative AI tools and AI bots like Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT etc
  • Ability to perform independently and in coherent work environments.
  • Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration frameworks.
  • Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Domain knowledge in [Finance / Telecom / Healthcare / Retail / Supply Chain specify as per requirement].
  • Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA) a plus.
