Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Client Service and Operations Executive to join our team. This

role involves ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service, managing membership

renewals, handling retention activities, conducting weekly webinars, supporting research and

database management, and performing essential back-office operations. The ideal candidate

should be organized, strong in communication, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced

environment.

Key Responsibilities


Manage membership renewals with timely follow-ups and communication.


Maintain strong relationships to ensure high client retention.


Conduct weekly webinars for members, partners, and stakeholders.


Perform research to support client servicing and program development.


Oversee back-office operations, including documentation and internal coordination.


Work with databases, update records, and ensure accuracy.


Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operational support.

Required Skills & Competencies


Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).


Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.


Client servicing and relationship management experience.


Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Ability to conduct webinars or virtual meetings.


Strong research and data-handling skills.


Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and efficient in multitasking.

Educational Qualification


Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in any stream.


Preferred: Background in Business Administration, Communications, or Operations.
