Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive – Sales and Client Service, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships with a "client-first" mindset, ensuring seamless communication, and working closely across departments to deliver solutions that exceed expectations. The position requires proactive ownership, quick learning, and a problem-solving attitude.

The role is 
Monday to Saturday (6 days), 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
, with occasional availability expected beyond working hours (via call or text) to support client needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, sales, or marketing roles
  • Age group: 25–35
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Proactive, self-learner, with a genuine drive to build lasting client relationships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-department teams
  • Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in running cold email campaigns will be a strong plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
