job Title: HR Operations Executive
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, managing payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:1. HR Administration & Employee Records
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/database.
Handle documentation such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving letters.
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee files accurately.
2. Onboarding & Exit Formalities
Support end-to-end onboarding and induction process for new hires.
Coordinate background verification and documentation.
Manage exit formalities including full & final settlements and exit interviews.
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
Assist in monthly payroll processing by providing attendance and leave data.
Ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, PT, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinate with the finance team for payroll-related activities.
4. Employee Engagement & Communication
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and welfare activities.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR operations.
5. HR Reports & MIS
Prepare and maintain HR reports (headcount, attrition, attendance, etc.).
Support audits and data requirements from management.
