Mission
To drive measurable business growth for domestic and international clients by managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads) that deliver leads, e-commerce sales, and achieve a minimum
ROAS of 4+
across projects.
The role ensures 100% client satisfaction through proactive campaign strategy, transparent communication, and consistent achievement of performance goals.

Campaign Performance
Manage
15+ active campaigns
across domestic and international clients.- Achieve
ROAS > 4
for e-commerce campaigns. - Deliver
qualified leads
for service-based clients, meeting or exceeding client KPIs. Maintain
CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CAC
within industry benchmarks.Client Success & Retention
Achieve
90%+ client retention rate
through results-driven campaign execution.- Conduct
monthly performance reviews
with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction. - Translate client objectives (leads vs. sales) into
clear campaign strategies

2. Optimization & Strategy
- Implement
advanced bidding strategies, remarketing, audience segmentation
, and funnel optimization. - Optimize
landing pages
in collaboration with internal teams to maximize conversions. - Maintain campaign budgets within
±5% variance
.
3. Team Contribution & Reporting
- Guide and mentor junior PPC executives.
- Ensure timely and accurate
weekly/monthly reports
for all clients. - Proactively share new PPC trends, tools, and strategies to keep campaigns ahead of competition.

Technical Expertise
Deep knowledge of
