Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Captain to lead our Food & Beverage (F&B) service team. The Captain will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience, ensuring seamless restaurant operations, and upholding our resort's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate F&B service staff to provide outstanding guest experiences.
  • Ensure smooth restaurant operations, maintaining high service standards.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in inventory control, order taking, and billing procedures.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a luxury hotel/resort.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for hospitality with a guest-first approach.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and service etiquette.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹23,725.00 per month
