Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Skill Genic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the recruitment and staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development activities.
- Pitch recruitment services to clients and explain how Skill Genic can support their hiring needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle client queries and build professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in recruitment or B2B sales will be an added advantage.
