Company Description

Head of Sales – Merchant Partnerships (Kochi / TVM)

Compas Now is building something big in entertainment and experience-tech. We're expanding fast and bringing in partners across categories — and we need someone who can own merchant relationships end-to-end.

What You'll Do

Lead merchant onboarding across key categories (details shared during interview process).

Build, pitch, and close partnerships with high-value local businesses.

Develop a scalable acquisition pipeline and hit monthly onboarding goals.

Work closely with operations and product teams for smooth integrations.

Build long-term merchant relationships and track performance.

Represent Compas Now in meetings with brands and local businesses.

What You Need

5–8 years in sales/business development/partnerships.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Experience dealing with SMBs and local business ecosystems.

A self-starter mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving environment.

Field sales experience is a bonus.
