About the Role
As the Beverage Manager, you will lead the hotel's beverage operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service. You will curate innovative beverage programs, manage a dynamic team, and ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:-
Beverage Strategy & Program Development
Design and implement creative beverage menus, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
Stay ahead of trends to introduce seasonal and signature drinks.
Operations Management
Oversee daily beverage service in restaurants, bars, lounges, banquet functions, and in-room dining.
Ensure consistent product quality and service excellence.
Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize stock management.
Team Leadership & Training
Recruit, train, and mentor bartenders and service staff to uphold Shangri-La's standards.
Conduct regular training on mixology, wine knowledge, and guest service.
Financial Performance
Achieve revenue targets through upselling, promotions, and efficient cost control.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to all legal regulations related to alcohol service.
Maintain strict hygiene and safety practices across all beverage outlets.
Qualifications & Skills:-
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in premium or luxury hotels/resorts.
Strong knowledge of international wines, spirits, and mixology.
Proven leadership, people management, and training abilities.
Excellent communication, guest engagement, and organizational skills
