Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Person to generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our event services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, client meetings, networking, and partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and direct customers.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable event concepts, venues, and solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for events.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commissions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
