Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Person to generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our event services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls, client meetings, networking, and partnerships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and direct customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable event concepts, venues, and solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and event packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, creative, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, client databases, and follow-up records.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when required for events.

- Passion for the event industry and creative solutions.
- Self-motivated, confident, and energetic personality.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives/commissions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
