**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Coordination**: Assist the sales team in managing leads, following up with potential clients, and coordinating sales activities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their event needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- **Event Planning Support**: Work with the event planning team to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed effectively.
- **Proposal and Contract Preparation**: Assist in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other client-facing documents.
- **Venue and Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with venues and vendors to secure bookings, negotiate contracts, and confirm logistics.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and sales activity details.
- **Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales presentations.
- **Event Execution**: Support the execution of events, including on-site coordination and client interaction during the event.
- **Reporting**: Track sales metrics, generate reports, and analyze data to support decision-making.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in event sales, event coordination, or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Previous experience in event management or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of the local event market
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events
