About the Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us scale our teams with top talent across tech and business functions. You'll play a key role in building a strong hiring engine — owning the process end-to-end from sourcing to offer — and ensuring every hire is a great fit for Zoca's fast-paced, high-performance culture.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across functions (Tech, Product, Business, and Operations).

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft JDs, and design efficient hiring processes.

  • Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals.

  • Drive exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process.

  • Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruiting efficiency.

  • Collaborate on employer branding, referral programs, and other talent initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate reports and dashboards on hiring progress and funnel health.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-growing startup or tech environment.

  • Proven experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS tools and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, PyjamaHR, etc.).

  • A passion for people, process, and building teams that scale
