Lead Program Manager

Responsibilities:
45% Own one or more projects, implementations, or work streams, of increasing scope and complexity, end-to-end ensuring deliverables are comprehensive and accurate. Demonstrates ownership for span of assigned work

45% Develop trusted relationships with key business stakeholders and work with team to develop goals and work plans to execute on group strategies/needs. Scope problems, identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, lead analysis, problem solving, and implementing sound solutions. Support establishment of key performance indicators and the analysis of results

10% Proactively engage organizational leadership and communicate progress, issues, and solutions

Required Skills:

• Undergraduate degree
• Typically 9-11+ years of relevant experience
• Candidates must hold either a PMP (Project Management Professional) or a PgMP (Program Management Professional).
• Strong organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrates the ability to balance diverse groups, roles, and projects
• Ability to think strategically, collaborate productively, and problem-solve effectively
• Ability to work on cross-functional project teams and draw on multiple points of view
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate in meetings and in documentation form
• Practical experience with waterfall, agile, and hybrid software development methodologies
• Exceptional organizational, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
