Job Responsibilities:

 Responsible to make outbound calls to manage and convert leads for state of the art programs across domains

such as Finance, Analytics, Full Stack and Marketing

 Be an interface between Imarticus and the prospective candidates and provide in-depth information to

prospective learners, this includes counselling through phone, email, chat and social media.

 Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue and enrollments

 Identify references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline

 Be responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.

 Maintain a detailed database of all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the

Manager in order to optimize lead closure.

 Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded

Skill Required:

 Proved experience in Inside Sales using cold or warm leads

 Ability to connect with the customer and try to offer the best solution for his career. Customer needs first

 High levels of initiative, self-motivation and time management

 Ability to influence and negotiate with customers at all levels

 Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication platforms (via telephone, email &

face to face).

 Ability to establish/maintain credibility with all customers

 Strong on Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills
