Imarticus also has immense expertise in products related to financial services, analytics and AI, business analysis and core technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Consultation: Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their academic background, career goals, and program interests.
  • Program Guidance: Offer detailed information about the various IIT/IIM programs, curriculum, eligibility criteria, career opportunities, and enrollment processes.
  • Admissions Support: Guide students through the entire application and enrollment process, ensuring that they are well-informed about timelines, documentation, and program requirements.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify and manage leads by determining the best-fit programs for prospective students based on their interests, academic history, and professional goals.
  • Follow-Up and Nurturing: Maintain regular follow-ups with students who have shown interest in the program, addressing their queries, providing additional information, and ensuring a seamless transition through the enrollment process.
  • Document Management: Ensure all student documents are properly handled, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback from students regarding their counseling experience and work with the team to improve the overall counseling process.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align student outreach efforts and ensure that leads are efficiently converted into enrolled students.
