Program Manager

What Will You Do

• Content Creation & AI-assisted Storytelling
• Ideate and develop blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and internal stories around Fynd's innovation ecosystem.
• Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika) to brainstorm ideas, write drafts, or generate visuals.
• Support multi-channel content calendars spanning leadership communications, hackathons, academy programs, and product launches.
• Explore emerging AI and automation tools to enhance content workflow efficiency.
• Leadership Communication & Profiles
• Create detailed business and personal profiles for Fynd's leadership — capturing their journeys, achievements, and strategic insights.
• Prepare content for internal and external communication: bios, event introductions, decks, and interviews.
• Summarize events, workshops, and external talks into digestible narratives for team and public sharing.
• Ensure communication reflects both Fynd's brand personality and leadership authenticity.
• Platform Testing & Dummy Business Operations
• Operate a live "dummy business" on the Fynd Platform to simulate real merchant and customer experiences.
• Test platform features — from catalog setup, storefront design, and checkout flow to order management and analytics — identifying UX gaps and improvement areas.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to share insights, suggest refinements, and validate feature rollouts.
• Document your findings into business case studies or experience reports to help marketing, sales, and training teams.
• Treat this as running a "micro-commerce lab" — exploring how real-world brands could use Fynd tools effectively.
• Design & Visual Storytelling
• Create engaging visuals, brand assets, and campaign graphics using Figma, Canva
• Ensure consistent visual branding across campaigns and leadership communication.
• Support creative ideation for new marketing collaterals, event materials, and digital templates.
• Project Support & Coordination
• Coordinate initiatives
• Track deliverables, follow up on cross-team actions, and prepare weekly progress reports.
• Support in maintaining internal documentation, MoMs, and campaign timelines.
• Social Media & Community Management
• Manage and maintain social media presence
• Track trends, community interactions, and opportunities to amplify brand reach.
• Schedule and publish updates, stories, and feature highlights across platforms.
• Engage meaningfully with followers and maintain a consistent, authentic brand voice.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field.
• Strong writing, organization, and storytelling skills with a flair for creative experimentation.
• Comfortable working across content, social, and product testing.
• Curious about technology, AI, and modern commerce ecosystems.
• Experience or willingness to learn AI-driven tools for writing, design, and automation.
