Role & responsibilities

Were looking for a highly creative, fast-thinking designer who can turn ideas into visually stunning stories for our campaigns, social media, ads, and app landing pages. You all work closely with the growth, content, and tech teams to create designs that drive engagement,

build awareness, and strengthen CYBXs brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who has worked in consumer-app or D2C marketing setups, understands the rhythm of quick turnarounds, and still delivers world-class design quality.

Preferred candidate profile

Creative Development

  • Design campaign assets for social media, app stores, web, influencer posts, and performance ads.

Transform briefs and ideas into clear, high-impact visuals that tell a story.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline materials.

Collaborate with copywriters and content teams to design visuals that connect emotionally.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and tech to build visuals for campaigns, app pages, and microsites.

  • Manage fast design sprints for special projects, contests, and influencer launches.

  • Build and maintain a library of templates and reusable design systems for speed. Speed & Quality Execution

  • Deliver top-quality creatives under tight deadlines.

Balance quantity + creativity in a high-volume output environment.

Stay on top of design trends, meme culture, and platform-specific visual cues.

Required Skills & Experience

36 years of experience as a Creative Designer in consumer tech, fintech, D2C, or digital agency.

Mastery of Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator; working knowledge of After Effects / Premiere / Canva for quick edits

Strong grasp of typography, layout, colour, and storytelling.

Deep understanding of design for social media, performance marketing, and mobile-first interfaces.

Experience managing fast-paced campaigns (multiple assets/day).
