We're looking for someone who can cut through chaos, see the story in the data, and give clarity to founders and teams when it matters most.

What you'll be doing:

  • Designing & building dashboards, reports, and models that power the company.
  • Turning messy, unstructured data into insights that drive action.
  • Partnering with product, sales, and customer success to define success metrics.
  • Running deep-dive analyses on growth, customer behavior, product usage, and efficiency.
  • Maintaining & improving data pipelines (SQL, Python, ETL) for accuracy and speed.
  • Acting as the 
    single source of truth
     for leadership decisions.

What we're looking for

  • 3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst (startup/fast-growth preferred).
  • Strong in 
    SQL, Python, Excel
     (data cleaning, modeling, automation).
  • Skilled in 
    Power BI / Tableau
     (or other visualisation tools).
  • Hands-on with data wrangling, visualisation, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication & ability to translate data into business impact.
  • Sharp business sense – you connect data with outcomes.
