Job Title: Senior AI Analyst

Location: Bangalore (Full-time, On-site/Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Analyst to support end-to-end product development and analytics initiatives. Youll work with large datasets, develop AI-driven insights, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and transform complex datasets using advanced data wrangling and preprocessing techniques.
  • Design and maintain data pipelines integrating information from multiple sources.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and business insights.
  • Develop and deploy AI-based analytical models using Python and SQL.
  • Create insightful dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Excel.
  • Translate AI model results into actionable recommendations for technical and business teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to operationalize AI solutions.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune ML models for performance, scalability, and business relevance.
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in AI analysis, data science, or analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
  • Proven skills in EDA, statistical modeling (regression, classification, clustering), and data pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in Tableau and Excel for visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and version control (Git) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to Retail or CPG industry is an added advantage.
