You will be responsible for bringing new analytics ideas and innovation to exploring data sets, and QBR/Insights. You will also be the face of the project execution team to build cutting-edge technical tools for business growth.Own entire delivery for Campaign Insights designed by Global ProductContinuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions based on evolving product needsData storytelling to communicate complicated data solutions to non-technical stakeholdersAble to share recommendations on project specific data usageActive involvement in developing and expanding logics for the insightsExtreme attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.Partner with tech, Product and DM to carry out deliverables seamlesslyBring in innovative analytics solutions to solve product problems with the focus of increasing Share of WalletBrainstorm & identify data gaps and data opportunities.Build full-proof solutions for insights which can be easily deployedNew Data/API explorations and integration: Execution, Measure adoption & impactIdentify automation opportunities and collaborating with Analyst for execution.Provide technical expertise to the team in Python/R, Spark, Databricks,SQL, etc. and ensure tech best practices through code optimizations.Proactive involvement in central PDS initiatives and arranging knowledge sharing sessions.Responsible for mentoring and guiding Analysts and interns on core data analytics competencies and programmatic/MiQ landscapeActive participation in hiring and onboarding initiatives for Analyst & InternsWho are your stakeholders?As a Senior Data Analyst, you are required to work with different stakeholders across the MiQ ecosystem:Global Product: Act as the bridge between requirements coming from global products and translating them into elaborate and executable data problems.In summary, as a senior data analyst, you add value by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to product that empowers MiQ and its stakeholders reach the right audience with right content at the right time.What you'll bringBachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent quantitative field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)4+ years' experience in the analytics domainWorking knowledge of Python/RProficient in advanced SQL / Excel / Google SheetsAbility to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.Experience in handling large datasets and deriving insights out of itData visualization and data storytelling skillsProgrammatic Media / Ad-tech domain knowledge will be an added advantageKnowledge of Big Data processing tools like Qubole/Databricks/SparkAPI Integrations > Storytelling skillsAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing on day-to-day deliverablesWork collaboratively with peers and business/technical teamsFocus on timely execution and quality of delivery with an attitude to excel.Passionate for data analysis, continuous learning and professional development to keep up with the fast-paced environment.Guide and mentor analysts and new members in the teamWe've highlighted some key skills, experience, and requirements for this role.
