**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst - Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, designing and implementing data solutions, and driving data-driven decision-making within the organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping our data strategy and will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

- Analyze, clean, and validate data to ensure its quality and reliability.

- Design and implement data models and structures using Azure Data Lake and other technologies.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for data collection, management, and mining.

- Conduct thorough business analysis to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Create detailed documentation for data processes and analytical workflows.

- Deliver actionable insights through data visualization tools and reporting dashboards.

- Mentor and guide junior data analysts and engineers in best practices for data management and analysis.

**Required Skills:**

- Minimum 5 years and Maximum 8 years of experience in data analysis and engineering.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Lake and associated technologies.

- Strong experience in business analysis and understanding of business processes.

- Expertise in data management, mining, and collection techniques.

- Solid understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.

- Proficient in SQL and other data manipulation languages.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

- Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
