- Prepare concise earnings summaries and management commentary post-results season (2–3 pager format).
- Track news flow, regulatory updates, and corporate actions across portfolio holdings and watchlist.
- Create and update comparative valuation tables (P/E, EV/EBITDA, ROCE, etc.) across sectors.
- Build financial models for selected companies (revenue build-up, margin assumptions, etc.) as guided.
- Assist in generating stock notes, one-pagers, and risk-reward frameworks for internal discussions.
- Participate in and summarize broker/analyst webinars and earnings calls.
- Maintain an organized research archive of reports, transcripts, and investor decks.
- Support the CIO in preparing presentations and review packs for family principals or external advisors.

- Summarize deal decks, investor notes, or term sheets from bankers or advisors.
- Benchmark private company metrics against listed peers for valuation context.
- Track deal flow pipeline and maintain structured follow-up status logs.
- Support documentation and diligence materials compilation as guided by the CIO.
- Investment Process & Documentation
- Maintain clean digital folders with version control.
- Update internal investment logs, dashboards, and data tables.
- Ensure research outputs follow house style and formatting standards.
- Prepare supporting material for CIO memos, family office review meetings, or internal audits.

- Good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- What We Offer
