How You'll Contribute:

Kaufman Rossin's Family Office Services is looking for Bookkeepers This is a great opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients within a supportive and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and comfortable dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, transaction coding, and conducting other tasks related to accounting and finance. They should be excellent and detailed at recording data with the ability to produce clear financial reports.

· Track expenses, budgets, taxes, cash flow, receipts, and other financial dealings of clients

· Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly, and yearly)

· Monitor accounts payable and receivable

· Ensure timely processing of payroll

What Skills You'll Bring:

· Any experience in a related field

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Proficiency/experience with QuickBooks, Xero, and/or a plus, but will train

· Strong organizational and analytical skills detail-oriented

How You'll Stand Out:

· Ability to work periodic overtime

· Energetic, detail oriented, and willingness to learn

· Previous Family Office-specific experience
