Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Operations Manager. The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the onboarding and performance management on the UnoTasker platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include driver onboarding through various channels, monitoring driver quality, implementing training programs to ensure adherence to company standards, coordinating with drivers to address operational challenges, and ensuring compliance with service guidelines. The role also involves planning strategies to enhance driver engagement and retention while maintaining top-tier service quality.
