Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Operation located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Manager Operation will oversee daily operations, manage security personnel, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain staffing levels. This role includes coordinating with clients, scheduling shifts, providing training, and responding promptly to security incidents. The Manager Operation will ensure that all administrative and operational tasks are conducted smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Experience in security services or related fields
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and operational coordination
- Ability to respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
