We are looking for a detail-oriented
Operations Associate
with proven experience in
invoicing, collections
, and
cloud billing systems
(e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). In this role, you will manage end-to-end billing operations, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, support accounts receivable processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

  • Generate, review, and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Manage cloud billing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to extract usage data, cost reports, and billing summaries.
  • Reconcile cloud usage reports with customer contracts to ensure accurate billing.
  • Track and monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients to ensure timely payments.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to address account and billing-related issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to billing and collections.
  • Maintain documentation and logs for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Continuously improve billing and collection processes for scalability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in billing, invoicing, collections, or financial operations.
  • Hands-on experience with
    cloud billing platforms
    (AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, GCP Billing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
