Job Title: Sales & Operations Associate Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi (On-site) Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Salary: ₹17,000 per month + Attractive Commission ⸻ About Us: Sora Lights is a fast-growing decorative and architectural lighting brand specializing in premium solutions like artificial skylights, fabric pendants, and designer collections. We work with architects, interior designers, and homeowners to create stunning spaces with light. ⸻ Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales & Operations Associate who will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring smooth coordination of operations. This role combines client interaction with day-to-day execution, making it ideal for someone ambitious, organized, and eager to grow in the interiors and lighting industry. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Sales: • Approach and onboard potential clients including architects, interior designers, and contractors. • Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and close sales. • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Operations: • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment. • Track and manage inventory, dispatches, and after-sales support. • Maintain and update order status sheets (fabric, frame, piping, light source, CCT, etc.). • Assist in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities. ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Design, or related field). • 0–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (CRM knowledge is a plus). • Interest in interiors, architecture, or lighting will be an advantage. ⸻ What We Offer: • Fixed Salary: ₹17,000 per month. • Incentives: Commission on closed sales (performance-based). • Exposure to premium lighting projects and collaborations with top architects/interior designers. • Career growth in a fast-scaling brand
