Role Description

Job Title: Travel Sales Associate

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 6 months - 3 years

Industry: Experiential Travel | B2C Sales

We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-driven 
Travel Sales Associate
 to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert customer inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate thrives in a customer-facing role and understands how to build trust and rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Understand customers' travel needs and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless trip execution.
  • Present and sell Tripver's exclusive experiences and customised itineraries.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Handle special requests and last-minute changes with professionalism.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute ideas to improve the sales process.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, competitor offerings and new and emerging destinations.

Requirements

  • 6 months – 3 years of experience in travel sales, consultation or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international destinations.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, accountable, and passionate about creating great customer experiences.
  • A people person who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
