Sales & Operations Associate Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Sora Lights is a fast-growing decorative and architectural lighting brand specializing in premium solutions like artificial skylights, fabric pendants, and designer collections. We are seeking a Sales & Operations Associate who will be responsible for generating sales and ensuring smooth coordination of operations. Sales: • Approach and onboard potential clients including architects, interior designers, and contractors. • Handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and close sales. • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business. • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets. Operations: • Track and manage inventory, dispatches, and after-sales support. • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Design, or related field). • 0–3 years of experience in sales, operations, or client-facing roles (freshers welcome). • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (CRM knowledge is a plus). • Commission on closed sales (performance-based). • Exposure to premium lighting projects and collaborations with top architects/interior designers. • Career growth in a fast-scaling brand
