Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education:
    Any Graduate
  • Mandatory Certification:
    NISM XA & XB
  • If Certification Pending:
    Candidates with XA NISM / XB NISM / Level VIII (8) NISM / VA (5A) NISM may apply
  • Alternative:
    Non-NISM candidates can also be considered if they have Tele Sales experience & strong knowledge of Mutual Funds

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills in
    English (B1+)
    and
    Hindi
  • Typing speed:
    20 WPM
    with
    80% accuracy
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    and
    Internet applications
  • Strong domain knowledge of
    Banking, Finance, Insurance products, and Mutual Funds
  • Sales-oriented mindset: Open to working as an advisor and handling product/service sales
