We are currently hiring for **Telesales **in Finance and Discounting at Fintech company**, Andheri East, Mumbai **location.

**About Us**

**D**igital marketplace to sell the receivables to banks/NBFC set up under the approval of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to facilitate the discounting of invoices and bills of exchange on a PAN India basis.

Key participants in TReDS are Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises MSME (Suppliers), large Corporates including PSUs and Govt. Departments (Buyers) and Banks/NBFCs (Financiers). M1xchange aims to provide MSMEs Supply chain related cash flow finance at competitive rates through an open bid process via multiple financiers. Financing on M1xchangeis Without Recourse to the MSME supplier as per RBI guidelines. M1xchange employs the latest technologies to ensure the authenticity of the underlying transactions.

**Location**: Andheri East, Mumbai

**Experience**:2-3 years of experience in Sales environment.

**Qualification**:Gradudate

**Skills**: Good communication, and hands-on experience in MS Office, Grade: M-11

**Compensation**: 4 to 4.5 Lacs CTC+ Performance-based incentive.

Immediate joiners or max within three weeks preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company

products and services.

Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.

Processing all customer purchases accordingly.

Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with

company products and services.
