We are looking to hire customer-oriented Telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound leads to achieve sales targets. A top-performing Telesales executive should be able to deliver the desired results as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Responsibilities: • Converting leads to possible clients. • Calling potential customers to persuade them to enroll for our courses / products. • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. • Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales. Telesales Specialist Requirements: • 1-2 years of tele calling experience. • Graduation in any stream is acceptable • Proven experience working as a telesales executive. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills. • Soft spoken, humble and positive in approach. Working hours – 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Work Location – Santacruz-East (Close to Railway Station) Probationary Period: 3 months Salary Range: - 30k - 35k Leave Policy – 12 Annual leaves in a year that includes National and State Holidays. Food Policy - Yoga Institute is an Ashram that promotes Satvik and holy living to all. You cannot order food from outside while you are at the institute. Only Vegetarian food is allowed at the Institute. Yoga Institute provides Satvik food to all associates serving with them however if the associate wishes to carry his/her own lunch box, it has to be a vegetarian food. STRICTLY NO NON-VEG food will be allowed in the Institute premises.
