Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to qualified leads and existing customers to promote products and services.

  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively, tailoring the pitch to customer needs.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales through persuasive, ethical conversations.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate call records and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Uphold ethical sales practices at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior telesales or outbound sales experience preferred.
  • NISM Series XV (Research Analyst) certification preferred.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven team player.
